Biographie du groupe ARKONA (Аркона)

         Le groupe Arkona ("Аркона") est un groupe Russe de metal pagan traditionnel au son folk et criar. Le groupe s'inpire du folklore Russe (en y incoporant des instruments) et de la mythologie Slave. Le nom "Arkona" vient de la dernière forteresse Païenne Slave. Il est fondé en 2002.

2002 :  1ère démo « Rus » ("Русь") à paraître par le groupe Arkona. Elle sera réenregistrée dans l’album live "Zhizn Vo Slavu" sortie en 2006.
La line-up est composé de : Masha "Scream" (chant), Ilya Bogatyrev (guitare), Ruslan "Kniaz" (guitare), Evgeny Borzov (basse), Olga Loginova (synthé), Aleksandr (batterie).

2003/04 : Ils entrent au studio CDM-RECORDS et enregistrent leur premier album "Revival" ("Возрождение") qu'il sortiront en 2004. Le groupe est alors composé de : Masha "Scream" (chant + synthé), Sergey "Lazar" (Guitare), Ruslan "Kniaz" (Basse), Vlad "Artist" (Batterie) et Les'yar (chant sur les morceaux "to the house Of svaroga", "black crows" et "under the swords").

2005 : Le groupe sort un nouvel opus "Into the Great Glory" ("Во славу Великим!") au studio CDM records avec la même line-up. Cependant, ils font appel à de nouveaux musiciens : Igor "Hurry" (Accordéon), Andrey karasev (violon), Ilya "Wolfenhirt" (choeur + chant) et Vladimir Cherepovsky (ocarina et autres instrus bizarres).

On participé à ce live : Masha "Scream", Sergey "Lazar", Ruslan "Kniaz" et Vlad "Artist".
Le cd comporte aussi les démos datant de 2002 enregistrées au studio CDM-Records

C'est la baffe de l'année , ce groupe est tellement talentueux j'ai rarement vue ca, surtout les ambiances folklorique cemélange parfaitement bien avec la voix de masha, très bien la petite biographie ;) dommage que ont en c'est pas trop trop sur ce groupe . Bone continuation mec;).
